Robert’s Equipment is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician in Mount Forest, ON, ready to take on the challenge of keeping agricultural and heavy machinery in top condition. Your expertise will be invaluable to customers relying on their equipment.

As a technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment in a rapid-paced environment, working both in the shop and out in the field. This role not only involves technical skills but also necessitates effective communication with customers about repairs. You will create repair quotes and maintain detailed service records to ensure everything runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery
• Test, adjust,



and rebuild components as necessary
• Maintain accurate service records for each task
• Weld and fabricate parts when required

Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Heavy Equipment Technology
• Strong experience with heavy or agricultural machinery
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities essential
• Valid G Driver’s License mandatory
• Capability to lift over 50 lbs comfortably
