This full-time role allows you to manage the operations of HSCA’s OOSC program, focusing on high-quality childcare and educator mentorship. You will foster a supportive setting, uphold safety standards, and engage in collaborative programming methods, ensuring holistic child development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and staff activities
• Mentor educators and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with the Daycare Manager on scheduling
• Maintain positive relationships with families and stakeholders
• Ensure documentation and health standards are met

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Experience in educational leadership roles
• Knowledge of Alberta Child Care regulations
• Valid Criminal Record check required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
