ComPsych is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians to deliver top-notch counseling as part of their Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You will engage with employees and their families, providing critical support through short-term counseling. Candidates should possess significant clinical expertise and align with best practices in behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person EAP sessions for clients
• Manage intake assessments and therapy evaluations
• Guide clients through work-life and personal challenges
• Ensure detailed and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field is essential
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable clinical experience
