As a Health Care Aide, you will follow established client care plans and deliver essential daily assistance. You will also provide emotional support and collaborate with clients’ support networks to ensure proper care and timely communication on client status.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow care plans and deliver quality personal care
• Prepare meals and snacks based on individual needs
• Use Catalyst system for medication deliveries and tracking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in clients' homes
• Report concerns about client wellness to supervisors

Requirements:
• HCA certification recognized by Alberta health Services
• Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Recent satisfactory criminal record check
