What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring experienced Welder/Fitters with strong hands‑on fabrication ability. Foreman or supervisor experience is considered a strong asset.

You

Have proven Aluminum, MIG & TIG welding experience

Can read and interpret fabrication and civil drawings

Think outside the box

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret fabrication drawings (welding, assembly, tolerances)

Fabricate and weld both small and large assemblies





Fit and assemble complex structures

Inspect raw materials and finished product to meet specification

Operate job‑related equipment including:

Cut‑off saws

Iron workers

Hydraulic presses

Shears

Drill presses

Torches & oxygen lances

Pneumatic/power tools

Plasma cutters

Maintain strong housekeeping standards and secure work areas

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Summer Fridays: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Day shifts only

Expected hours: 44 per week

Overtime available

No nights. No rotating shifts.
