Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning, design, and delivery of capital projects
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance




• Present project findings and recommendations to Council
• Implement best management practices across projects
• Respond to public inquiries regarding project impacts

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• At least seven years of supervisory experience
• Certified knowledge of CCDC contracts
• Solid interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with project management software
