Collaborate with Early Childhood Educators to implement program plans based on children's interests while observing and documenting their progress. Key Responsibilities:
• Support High/Scope® curriculum implementation
• Assist educators in short and long-term planning




• Observe and assess children's social and emotional progress
• Ensure effective communication with families and staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children

Requirements:
• Experience in child care or educational roles
• Familiarity with early learning sector standards
• Skills in collaboration and assessment
• First Aid and CPR certification needed
• Current police check essential
