In this full-time, 12-month contract position, you will assist in study design, lead qualitative research initiatives, and uphold ethical research standards. Collaborating with a diverse, international team, your work will center around inclusivity and the representation of equity-deserving perspectives in research. This role emphasizes knowledge translation and proactive community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and facilitate focus groups for data collection
• Assist with ethics applications and research compliance documentation




• Coordinate engagement with community partners and lived experience contributors
• Support dissemination of findings through presentations and reports
• Maintain detailed research documentation and assist newcomers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Psychology, or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of dedicated research experience
• Proven skills in qualitative research and inclusive methodologies
• Effective teamwork and communication skills across cultures
• Familiarity with REB processes and qualitative tools such as R or NVivo
