As the Director of Campus Housing, you will report to the Associate Vice President, Student Affairs, and lead the creation of a new housing environment focused on inclusivity and student success. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can bring together diverse stakeholders to establish a supportive community for the first students arriving in 2028.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop policies for a successful housing program
• Collaborate with campus partners and academic units
• Ensure effective financial and operational management




• Implement strategies for community engagement
• Lead housing staff training and development initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Higher Education, Administration or related field
• 5-7 years of management experience in postsecondary student housing
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusivity in education
• Understanding of laws governing student housing
