What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Director: As a Property Claims Director you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind.
At Northbridge, our Claims department is responsible for ensuring efficient, prompt, and courteous service to claimants, insureds, and brokers through appropriate investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims.
Our Claims Director, Property and Administration, will direct all activities of the claim’s unit through effective leadership and training of the adjusting staff to ensure service and quality objectives are met.
The Property Claims Director is also responsible for supporting the development and implementation of best practices and departmental strategies in the achievement of regional goals for customer service, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities Providing effective leadership, coaching, and motivation to team members to ensure service and quality objectives are met.
Directing the development and execution of the corporate and regional business plans, and ensuring strategies contribute to corporate objectives.
Ensuring effective and efficient operation by enhancing workflow and operational procedures.
Managing customer service standards.
Supporting the development and implementation of best practices and departmental strategies in the achievement of regional goals for customer service, productivity, and quality.




Required Qualifications Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program.
Completed or working towards the CIP designation.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the property and casualty Insurance industry handling complex claims.
A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite.
Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and vendors.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
