As the AI Model Risk Governance Lead, you will oversee the establishment and enhancement of risk management policies and standards within Manulife. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enhance AI governance policies and procedures
• Develop Line 2 oversight methodologies and assessment tools

Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in model risk
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly finance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is highly valued
