As a Regular Full time Trainee Apprentice Technician at BCAA's Victoria Auto Service Centre, you’ll play a vital role in diagnosing and repairing Members’ vehicles. The position calls for those who are highly motivated with a commitment to technical excellence and effective communication skills. Flexibility and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform oil changes and minor vehicle repairs
• Keep the workspace clean and operationally compliant
• Support technicians with various tasks in the shop




• Target productivity goals while ensuring Member satisfaction
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies

Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant automotive training preferred
• Minimum six months hands-on experience in automotive repair
• Capability to lift 70 lbs and adaptable work hours
• Clean BC Driver License Class 7 or better
• MS Outlook proficiency required
