Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operational functions of the home
• Support and mentor team of Direct Support Workers
• Monitor quality of person-centered supports provided




• Implement and evaluate individual support plans
• Facilitate communication and positive relationships

Requirements:
• 2–3 years in support roles for adults
• Educational background in Human Services or similar
• Experience with leadership and employee development
• Valid Driver's Licence and transportation availability
• Background checks including Criminal Record required
