Serve the community of Winnipeg as a General Duty Nurse at Shared Health’s Children's Emergency Department. This in-person role prioritizes qualified nursing for patients with complex health needs.

As a Registered Nurse, you will work under managerial supervision, providing essential nursing services, particularly to children in emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency care and a recognized ER/Critical Care Course. You will take part in patient treatment, care coordination, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized nursing care to pediatrics in emergencies
• Manage prescribed medical treatments and monitor patient progress
• Support health care team activities and patient discharge planning




• Engage in peer collaboration to enhance care quality
• Participate in professional nursing associations and training

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current nursing experience in Emergency or Pediatrics preferred
• PALS certification preferred to further qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication
• Proven competency in medication calculations
