About The Role
We are seeking talented bilingual Customer Experience Representatives to join our fully remote team in New Brunswick. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between Nordia and its customers, providing white-glove solutions and ensuring an outstanding customer experience for a luxury fashion brand, Mackage. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and text, offering expert guidance on products, sizing, and styling.
Your role will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and promoting the brand’s premium offerings. The position is seasonal, running from November to February, with potential for extension based on performance.
Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential, with approximately 90% of interactions conducted in English.
- Reside in New Brunswick, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mb/s).
- Availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Atlantic Time Monday to Friday, and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends.
- Must have a completed high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a secure and quiet home environment with a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable multitasking in a computerized environment.
Training will commence on October 16th, providing comprehensive knowledge about the products and customer service standards necessary for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to customers through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and text messaging.
- Leverage your product knowledge to advise customers on size, fit, and styling options to enhance their shopping experience.
- Inform customers about company policies related to warranty, shipping, and returns, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Identify and resolve customer issues to increase satisfaction and foster brand loyalty.
- Recommend complementary products and solutions based on customer needs and shopping habits, promoting cross-sell opportunities on our online platform.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
