We are looking for motivated, responsible, and reliable candidates to support the growth of our organization as Dredging Process Operators. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Dredging Process Operator is responsible for processing residual materials using specialized equipment and technology while following GFL Environmental Services' operational procedures Operate dredging vessels, conveyors, power systems, and centrifuges used in residual material recovery and processing through mechanical and passive dewatering operations. ● Conduct basic mechanical maintenance on certain equipment. ● Demonstrate autonomy and complete daily tasks efficiently, professionally, and with minimal supervision. ● Maintain client sites and ensure work areas remain clean and organized during project deployment. ● Valid Class 5 driver's license required; Class 1 or 3 driver's license is considered an asset. ● Our material recovery operations are deployed throughout Atlantic Canada. ● Bilingualism is considered an asset. Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours. ● Daily per diem while deployed.



● Hotel accommodation provided during deployments and travel. ● Experience in an industrial, construction, excavation, or heavy operations workplace. ● Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors. ● Valid driver's license (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset).
