Position Title: Heavy Lifter- General Laborer
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Work Location: 7510 Bren Road, Mississauga, L4T 4H1

Shift / Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm-12:10am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full time Heavy Lifter General Laborer to support daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficient handling of electronic waste, maintaining safety standards, and achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload, tag, and sort both palletized and bulk shipments of electronic waste (e.g., TVs, monitors, computers).

Disassemble electronic equipment safely and efficiently using hand tools and air-powered tools.

Identify and sort components into appropriate material streams following disassembly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the removal of packaging materials.

Report any operational issues or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager in a timely manner.

Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality,



and adherence to safety and security standards.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health & safety guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and repetitive movement.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Previous warehouse or production experience is considered an asset.
