Join the team at Constella Cabins & Clubhouse for an exciting seasonal role at Red Mountain Resort, where you'll oversee weekend operations and deliver exceptional guest service from Thursday to Sunday.

This position requires effective leadership, multitasking expertise, and a service-oriented approach to manage both food and beverage service and guest experience. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth operations while preparing for overnight guest stays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage weekend shifts, ensuring effective communication
• Serve and prepare specialty meals and beverages
• Delegate tasks for cleanliness and organization
• Conduct guest safety checks and maintain property standards




• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health guidelines

Requirements:
• Experience in Food and Beverage and Serve it Right certification
• Robust ski/snowboard skills needed for daily operations
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Level 1 First Aid certification desired
