We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Mortgage Underwriter to join our in-office team and play a key role in turning applications into approvals.

What You’ll Do

Review and process mortgage applications from start to finish

Collect and verify required documents from clients and brokers

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and lender guidelines

Communicate directly with brokers, lenders, and clients to resolve questions

Stay current on lender products, programs, and market changes

Prepare accurate and complete documentation to support final decisions

Collaborate with mortgage agents to deliver smooth, fast approvals

What You Bring

2+ years mortgage underwriting experience (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills





Excellent communication and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple files with deadlines

Familiarity with platforms such as Filogix, Velocity, Scarlett and Trello

Work with an experienced, supportive team
