This agile position will have you reporting directly to the Manager of 2N, where you'll assess and deliver essential nursing care. Your responsibilities will include vital signs monitoring, personal patient care, and medication administration, all within a community-focused healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement patient care plans
• Provide intimate personal care and support
• Monitor and manage IV treatments for patients
• Document patient interactions clearly and thoroughly
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse certification in Ontario
• At least one year of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Valid CPR/BCLS certification necessary
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure situations
