JUST HR is recruiting a Senior HR Generalist to lead the HR function for a family-owned distribution business in Vancouver. You will support ~80 employees across salaried office staff and unionized warehouse/driver workforce with broad ownership of HR activities and hands-on practical solutions.
The role focuses on modernizing HR practices, improving systems, and structuring policies, payroll, records, and day-to-day people processes in a fully in-office setting. Early-start schedule required.
