Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bank and loan reconciliations monthly
• Support accounts payable and invoice processing




• Track and reconcile transactions related to various projects
• Prepare cash calls and distributions effectively
• Assist in complex accounting and reporting projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Minimum 3 years' experience in full-cycle accounting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with real estate accounting software a plus
