Salary: £45,000 - 48,000 per year

Requirements:

Some practical experience or a strong interest in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams.

Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, whether professionally, academically or through personal projects.

Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate straightforward issues, while knowing when to escalation more complex technical or security concerns.

Robust communication skills and a collaborative approach, particularly when supporting colleagues and explaining technical processes in simple terms.

A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology, with the appetite to learn and develop quickly.

Responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of practical AI and automation solutions that improve how teams across the business work.

Build, test and improve solutions from clear requirements, including automated workflows, AI assistants and Copilot agents.

Work across Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, Claude, SharePoint and Teams.





Collaborate with an experienced Data Science & AI team and develop skills across the Microsoft Power Platform and generative AI.

Investigate straightforward issues and escalation more complex technical or security concerns when needed.

Support colleagues and explain technical processes in simple terms.
