School District No. 43 is seeking a dedicated individual for the Plumber/HVAC 1 role. As part of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of plumbing and HVAC maintenance tasks in a stable educational setting, working collaboratively yet independently. This role calls for a hands-on approach and previous experience with DDC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Supervise uncertified workers as needed and document work




• Order supplies and provide cost estimates for projects
• Operate specialized plumbing equipment efficiently

Requirements:
• Plumbing Trades Qualification and Provincial Gas Ticket required
• At least three years of HVAC experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and independent working skills
• A valid BC class 5 driver's license
• Recent related maintenance experience needed
