Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately apply treating formulas for seed products
• Manage the operation of treating machinery according to SOPs




• Consistently monitor treated seeds for quality standards
• Safely handle chemicals with proper documentation
• Keep work areas tidy and organized

Requirements:
• 3-7 years of production experience in seed treatment
• Prior seed treatment experience is beneficial
• Forklift certification is necessary
• Leadership experience in a workplace setting
• Robust analytical and communication capabilities
