CarePartners is looking for certified NSWOC nurses to engage in remote patient consultations. Here, your role will encompass assessing and managing a variety of wounds and ostomies while championing patient self-management. This position is tailored for nurses who prioritize both patient care and personal autonomy in their work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote assessments and consultations for wound care
• Design individualized care plans in collaboration with patients
• Apply research evidence to enhance wound management practices




• Function as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide guidance and training to nursing colleagues

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) degree with current CNO registration
• NSWOC certification mandatory; IIWCC/WCS certification welcome
• A robust background in wound management
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Possession of a valid driver’s license for patient visits
