Key Responsibilities:
• Identify current business opportunities in Ontario's construction market
• Meet and call potential clients weekly
• Engage in the full recruitment cycle
• Play a role in proposal creation and pitching
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage accounts

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of successful business-to-business recruitment
• Proven experience in business development
• Office presence 3 days per week, 2 days remote
• Prior recruitment experience in construction is a plus
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
