Become a Child and Youth Care Worker with School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) and provide essential guidance to vulnerable students. This support role is temporary until June 30, 2027.

You will assist students facing emotional challenges, helping them develop personal and life skills through collaborative efforts with families and community programs. Your support is vital in creating a nurturing setting where students can thrive. Experience in outdoor education and counseling is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer guidance and support to vulnerable students
• Collaborate with families for enhanced student assistance
• Focus on developing personal and life skills for students
• Provide outdoor education and counseling support
• Address students' emotional needs effectively

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and a 2-year Child and Youth Care certificate
• 6 months to 1 year of pertinent experience
• Basic First Aid certification
• Valid B.C. driver’s license
