The NPSP Graduate Placement Specialist will be pivotal in facilitating clinical opportunities within the Post-Master’s Certificate program. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Dean to execute operational planning and administration of placements, ensuring productive partnerships with healthcare organizations. Your role includes managing placement agreements and processes to optimize the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination of graduate clinical placements
• Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations
• Support the development of placement agreements and processes




• Drive operational planning for the graduate program
• Ensure effective placement opportunities for students

Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare or educational administration
• Familiarity with nurse practitioner training programs is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Capacity to develop and maintain professional partnerships
