Travel Concierge & Reception Coordinator

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 CAD

Job purpose:
We are looking for a professional, friendly and highly organized Travel Concierge & Reception Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients, Travel Agents, suppliers and visitors.

This is a fully in-office role with no work-from-home option.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Answer incoming calls and direct clients, Travel Agents and suppliers to the appropriate person or department.

Welcome visitors and manage entry into the office.

Escort guests to meeting rooms and ensure rooms are prepared when required.

Update welcome boards for special visitors and events.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, mail and deliveries.

Maintain a professional, organized and welcoming reception area.

Provide an exceptional Client Experience during every interaction.
