Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop programs for Independent and Assisted Living
• Implement continuing education for staff development
• Supervise and support Resident Care Partners




• Build strong connections with residents and their families
• Ensure accurate resident documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Diploma in social services, healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum three years’ experience in dementia care
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Strong organization and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of YARDI system beneficial
