We are seeking a compassionate, organized Disability & Leaves Coordinator to support employees and leaders. In this role, you will guide disability claims and employee leaves, coordinate workplace accommodations and safe return-to-work plans, and work closely with managers, insurers, health-care providers, workers’

compensation representatives, and Human Resources.

Location: Moncton, NB

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Type: Full-Time Permanent | In-Office

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate occupational and non-occupational disability cases and employee leaves from intake through closure.
- Develop practical accommodation, modified work, and gradual return-to-work plans.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor documentation, deadlines, and case progress.
- Provide clear guidance to employees and leaders while supporting compliance, employee well-being, and operational continuity.

What You Bring





- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, disability management, occupational health, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two years of relevant experience in disability management, leave administration, benefits, Human Resources, workers’ compensation, or related case management.
- Robust communication, organization, judgment, discretion, and service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using HR or case-management systems.

Nice To Have

- English/French bilingualism;
- Knowledge of employee leave entitlements, accommodation, privacy, and workers’ compensation requirements;

- Transportation, logistics, fleet, or multi-site operational experience; and
- A relevant professional designation or certificate.
