Contribute to CBIG’s mission in Prince George, BC as a Group Benefits Coordinator. This role centers on delivering high-level analytical support to enhance benefits offerings and client relationships.
With your 2+ years in the group benefits space, you’ll manage the renewal and review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your analytical skills will help in preparing insightful reports for client HR leaders, aiding in data-driven decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate corrections of discrepancies in benefit renewals
• Track and report renewals and reviews in CRM
• Prepare detailed client assessment reports
• Assist in the negotiation process with underwriters
• Provide backup analytics support during absences
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in group benefits
• Educational background in Accounting/Finance is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
• Familiar with MS Office and CRM systems
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
