We are now looking for a Product Consultant to join our Professional Services team on a fixed-term contract to cover a temporary absence, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and future circumstances. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, consulting, customer interaction, and project delivery in an international environment.

About the Role
As a Product Consultant, you will work closely with customers and colleagues to implement and optimize Axiell's collection management solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customers get maximum value from our products.

You will be involved in:

Consulting customers on product configuration and best practices

- Performing data migration projects, including mappings and specifications

Executing implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities

Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and high-quality service

Participating in project meetings, workshops, and review sessions

Performing testing activities

Identifying customer needs and opportunities for further solution improvements





Working with both new and existing customers across the cultural heritage sector

What We're Looking For
We believe you have a technical background combined with a customer-focused mindset.

Ideally, you have:

Experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, etc.)

Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman

Experience with cloud-based environments, preferably Microsoft Azure

At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, service, consulting, or technical support role

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this position is CAD 75,000-85,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
