Join Cencora as a Bilingual Drug Safety Coordinator and help improve health outcomes. This full time position requires strong bilingual skills in English and French along with a commitment to detail.

In this role, you will support pharmacovigilance efforts at Cencora and engage in critical information management activities. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in administration or copay assistance, or recent graduates with degrees in Life Sciences. Your interaction with clients and comprehensive documentation will play a key role in our drug safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document clinical information accurately as per SOPs
• Request additional information from clients as needed
• Review and verify patient information in databases




• Assist with literature reviews and data entry tasks
• Conduct follow-ups for comprehensive safety report completion

Requirements:
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluency in both English and French is required
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance processes is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varying 8-hour shifts
