The Recruiter position at Baxter will support our Alliston manufacturing facility, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates effectively. You will work closely with hiring managers and your HR team members to maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates. Your skills in organization and communication will be pivotal in this fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively search for and connect with potential candidates
• Screen applications and engage suitable candidates
• Conduct community outreach for local talent acquisition
• Promote Baxter's strengths as an employer
• Guide candidates through the hiring experience
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate context
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
• Required in-office presence for at least three days per week
