You'll also be responsible for building recruitment infrastructures that support effective hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute candidate sourcing and outreach efforts
• Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling




• Maintain ATS databases and track hiring metrics
• Develop interview guides and recruitment templates
• Support reporting on pipeline and hiring progress

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proficient in using Ashby ATS
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Experience in coordinating candidate interviews
• Interested in AI-driven recruitment enhancements
