Reporting to the Senior Director, you will lead the execution of critical strategies that address community needs. Candidates with a minimum of five years in the non-profit sector and experience in grant management are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of grant management
• Establish application processes and support grant writers
• Monitor compliance with funding agreements and obligations




• Drive evaluation and performance tracking of initiatives
• Liaise with local organizations for coordinated service delivery

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of community engagement strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
