Job Requirements
The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.




The candidate must have Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification, Tire, wheel and rim mechanic Certification, Automotive Service Technician (Fuel and Electrical Systems) Trade Certification, Automotive Service Technician (Transmission) Trade Certification, Automotive Service Technician (Steering, Suspension and Brakes) Trade Certification, Motor Vehicle Repairer (Service Station Mechanic) Trade Certification and Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate.

Work setting
The candidate must work at an automotive service station.

Policy and program experience
The candidate must have prior experience with apprenticeship training.

Security and safety
The candidate’s driving record should be thoroughly checked (abstract).

Own tools/equipment
The candidate must have tools and steel-toed safety boots.
