Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver operational support for NetSuite, Hubspot, and Jira
• Develop business applications using JavaScript and Python
• Manage application system changes following corporate processes




• Identify and resolve user issues ensuring service level agreement compliance
• Draft documentation and facilitate team training sessions

Requirements:
• 2-4 years’ experience supporting SaaS applications
• Knowledge of databases and relevant programming languages
• Degree or certification in Computer Science or related field
