You will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure effective communication while managing schedules, budgets, and procurement efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-stakeholder engagements and project planning
• Coordinate equipment procurement in accordance with policies
• Document project processes, budgets, and reports




• Track project deliverables, risks, and timelines
• Liaise between UHN stakeholders and consultant teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant planning or engineering field required
• 7+ years of hands-on FFE experience required
• PMP certification valued but not mandatory
• Experience in healthcare or institutional settings an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
