The Opportunity:
The Provincial Capital Commission is seeking a knowledgeable, strategic, and safety-focused leader for the role of Supervisor, Urban Forestry and Integrated Pest Management . Reporting to the Manager, Forestry and Horticulture, this position provides leadership and oversight of urban forestry operations including general tree maintenance, tree canopy planning, hazard tree management, and integrated pest management (IPM) programs.

The Supervisor is responsible for leading staff, managing contractors, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and delivering sustainable urban forestry programs across PCC-managed lands. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to balance operational priorities, environmental stewardship, and public expectations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning, program development, and service delivery while fostering a team-oriented, safe, and high-performance work environment.
