GLS Canada is seeking an LTL Operations Manager for our Vaughan terminal. The role is permanent full time with a Sunday to Thursday schedule from 10:00pm to 6:30am. Salary up to $85,000 CAD, based on experience, with a workplace at 9501 Hwy 50 Vaughan, ON L4H 2B9.
You will coach and mentor supervisors, monitor daily PM dock performance, ensure scanning compliance, reweigh and recube to improve revenue capture, and uphold health and safety standards while cross-training staff for dock coverage.
