Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support complex IT initiatives for a public-sector organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of complex software solutions.
Mandatory Requirements 8+ years of Business Analyst experience .
Experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements.
Experience in facilitating business process development and process re-engineering workshops.
Experience in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries/departments.
Experience in translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements within an enterprise IT setting.
Experience working with correctional facility systems , including related business processes and requirements gathering.
