As part of lululemon's Responsible Supply Chain team, you will support strategic initiatives that foster the well-being of individuals in our supply chain. Your work will oversee vendor performance evaluations and enable partnerships that reinforce sustainable supply chains. You will also provide valuable analytics to inform decision-making and best practices throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead responsible supply chain efforts in the Western Hemisphere
• Oversee vendor performance and remediation protocols




• Report on regional compliance and vendor objectives
• Collaborate with diverse teams for sustainable practices
• Provide data analysis to support decision-making processes

Requirements:
• 10+ years in Responsible Supply Chain management
• 7+ years in Social Compliance assessments
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Fluent communication in English and knowledge of Spanish preferred
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills
