In addition, you will provide support to customers by answering questions, picking, and entering orders and following up on any backorders. Support will also be provided to the Inside Sales and Outside Sales functions.To experience success in the position, you will:Provide a professional atmosphere for our walk-in customersUphold our core values and ethics with every interactionBe an effective teammate in the Profit Centre who is self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasksUnderstand the benefits and qualities of the different products the Profit Centre sellsBe knowledgeable of the customer’s business to provide the best serviceBe comfortable prioritizing and multi-tasking when assisting customersBe courteous, friendly and build relationships with customers and vendorsAdditional duties will include:Assist customers who purchase material at the Profit Centre countersResearch product for customers and provide recommendations on our assortment of productDrive sales growth through ownership of counter merchandising, product promotion, and generate leads for the Outside Account Manager while networking with customers at the counterAssist teammates with bulk orders when neededMaintain product knowledge on all product offeringsEnter, pick,
