EHN Canada is seeking a Clinician to provide high quality case management, clinical treatment and advocacy for clients with trauma, PTSD and addiction issues. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, conduct individual and group therapy, and coordinate aftercare plans with referral sources.
The role includes coordinating care with families, preparing discharge summaries, and contributing to program development within a nationwide network of facilities.
