We are seeking Experienced Lawyers across all practice areas with an established client base or book of business who are interested in a flexible fee-split arrangement, professional infrastructure, and administrative support while maintaining autonomy over their practice.
Responsibilities Independently manage client relationships, files, and legal matters.
Continue servicing and developing an existing client base.
Build and grow a legal practice within an established professional workplace.
Provide high-quality legal advice and representation.
Develop new business and foster long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with other legal professionals while maintaining autonomy.
Leverage firm-provided administrative and operational support.
Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
Established legal experience in any practice area.
Existing client base or demonstrated book of business.
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice development.
Ability to independently manage clients and files.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
Professional approach and commitment to high-quality legal services.
