The Link seeks a Human Resources Generalist dedicated to improving community support. In this full-time position, apply your HR skills in recruitment, employee relations, and policy adherence.

As an integral part of the team, you will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer, overseeing day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, and continuous improvement of HR practices, helping to foster a supportive work workplace that embodies The Link’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and advise on HR and labor relations issues
• Facilitate management throughout performance evaluations
• Develop comprehensive position descriptions as needed




• Implement and manage HR policies and compliance strategies
• Lead recruitment initiatives and talent management practices

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources
• 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience
• Experience in youth service organizations preferred
• Knowledge of employment standards and compliance regulations
• Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to manage sensitive information
