Become a Senior Recruiter at Riverstone Retirement Communities for a fixed term until January 2028. Help us attract top talent for our dedicated care teams across nine communities.

In this role, you will manage all stages of recruitment, from identifying needs to placing candidates effectively. Work alongside department managers to better understand hiring requirements and create a shortlist of suitable candidates. You'll also collaborate with HR management to refine our process and actively seek out passive candidates in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently
• Partner with managers for tailored candidate assessments
• Collaborate with HR to innovate recruitment processes




• Source passive candidates through creative outreach
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists to hiring teams

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience handling high volume recruitment processes
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
